FONTFILVA, SL is a company located in Sant Jaume de Llierca, specialized in the manufacturing of cotton yarns blended with synthetic fibers, both in white and in colors. We produce eco-friendly yarns for knitting, home textiles and weaving, using the Open-End spinning system.
The origins of the company date back to 1959 with the creation of Esteve Valeri Homs, initially dedicated to the production of regenerated cotton yarns in coarse counts.
With the evolution of the sector and positive market prospects, Fontfilva, S.A. was established in 1972 to meet the growing demand for finer count yarns.
In 2006, an important strategic step was taken by merging both companies into a new 8,000 m² production facility. This unification made it possible to improve competitiveness and versatility, as well as to strengthen production capacity through the incorporation of new machinery and enhanced quality controls, in order to better meet our customers’ requirements.
Today, FONTFILVA remains committed to quality, sustainability and continuous improvement, combining decades of experience with technological innovation.
